This is the day we finally understand just how worthwhile taking the initiative is. We've come to see that if we sit in the shadows and wait for someone to notice us, it never actually happens. We want to get some payoff, and that means stepping up and demanding what we know we're worth. We need to be paid, and on this day, we make that happen.
1. Taurus

Mars trine Neptune is not a joke, Taurus. When these planets align, you really get the hint, and that hint tells you to advocate for yourself and the success you've rightfully earned. Get on the phone and make that call. It's now or never.
You've worked hard, and the reality is that this isn't a labor of love. Sure, you might enjoy your job, but really, you're in it for the money. Those terms need to be respected.
All it takes is one firm word for you to get the ball rolling. You've put in so much effort, and now, you want to see some rewards. By the end of the day, you'll feel happy you made a move and stood your ground. Success is yours because you refuse to accept anything less.
2. Leo

You've held back from demanding what is owed to you simply because you didn't want to come across as overbearing. Well, those days are over. There's a difference between being humble and being taken advantage of, Leo, and when Mars forms a trine Neptune, you and everyone else recognize that difference.
You know your worth, and it's well past time you start acting like it. Success is closer than you think, but it's up to you to make a move and show the world all you are capable of.
On Friday, you do just that. As a result, your hard work and effort finally pay off, with no harm done. Everything has been made fair again, and there are no bad feelings on your part. Success is here, and that's what matters.
3. Capricorn

Get ready, Capricorn. That thing you've always wanted to happen is about to take place. What's ironic is you've just about given up hope that this was in the cards. And yet, on Friday, luck seems to be on your side.
Of course, it's not all luck. You've put in a lot of time and effort, and when Mars forms a trine with Neptune, it's all paying off. This particular dream of yours now has a chance at becoming a reality. And you're not even that attached to it anymore. Still, it's coming, and you're definitely not complaining.
This will make all the effort and work you put into it feel so gratifying. Success is right around the corner. It's Capricorn time, and you're starting to love it.
